I asked Barney Frank if HR 1207 would die in committee - HIS committee - just like HR 28: a bill that HE co-sponsored in 1993, called the "Federal Reserve Accountability Act." Since the earlier bill called for an annual audit of the Fed (among other things), and since the newer bill calls ONLY for ONE audit of the Fed, it seems like there could be no way for Frank not to support this bill, and work to see it through to a vote.
