Here's an episode of the 80's cartoon "Bionic Six". This episode is titled "Just A Little Handicap" and aired in 1987. The premise of the show is that there's a family of Bionically enhanced superheroes that fight evil...in the future. Their primary nemesis is the evil Doctor Scarab, who has a host of bizarre looking minions that say "Hail Scarab!" a lot. And since Scarab is basically an obese and crazy looking version of George C. Scott in a wheelchair, who can blame them? The episode focuses on a handicapped kid named Ronnie who is easily tricked to help out Glove and Madame O, two of Scarab's minions.
